The store was very clean and had hand sanitizer on hand. I was helped very quickly and they had the ring I wanted in the size. Gift wrapping was great.

I had a really bad costumer experience on my very first visit to Pandora. The person who was helping me was really rude and unprofessional. It was Black Friday and very busy, but I noticed that's the other workers were always very helpful and in a good mood. I was able to express my bad xperience with someone but for that reason I'm still not sure if I'd recommend that store among friends. The person (Chelsea S) who helped me when I returned for a exchange was really professional and very open to help. I'm a sales person myself and I know how important feedbacks are!

There were too many people on Black Friday and had to line up for 30 minutes just to get in the store.

I was unsure and not entirely pleased as to why 2 associates were helping one customer rather than the customers waiting for assistance. I was also misinformed on the amount I needed to spend to be able to pre order and pay for the black Friday sale on an earlier date.

The sales associate was very nice but eventually the chatting felt a bit too time-consuming because my friend and I are students who needed to get out rather quickly to study.
