I bought essence in outlet but it broke. Then, I went to pandora to exchange but there waa no same one because it was retired product.

I do love Pandora but occasionally the prices are a bit expensive for the product. There also needs to be more selection in ring options!

Sales representative was polite, friendly and extremely helpful Was able to get exactly what i wanted with a plan to revisit and buy another as my personal birthday gift to myself. Store was clean and tidy with items well displayed.

1. When I called in the store to check stock before I went, they told me they are checking for me and put me on hold. After waiting on hold for a minute, my call was hung up without any notice. I had to get my boyfriend to call a second time to get the information I wanted. 2. I went to exchange a bracelet that I bought and wore only twice before it broke. It was a silver round padlock bracelet. You need to improve either your design or quality control, so it does not break so easily. Disappointed in the quality.

I think for me to have put “highly satisfied” there must be an associate that would go beyond to satisfy the customer or surprise me with something to help a customer, otherwise “satisfied” is still good.

It's a small store thought there were more options for earrings. The store seems to focus on the bracelets and charm as this shows more products.
