The sale representative all are trying too hard, cake in talked for a few mins and started complementing my basic jacket. The compliment wasn’t really genuine just seemed like a tactic to get a sale. And I asked what every day necklace they offer she said I have the whole store which doesn’t really help me that much.

It was a little chaotic in store (really crowded) but that’s uncontrollable.

It was a good experience but not a highly satisfied experience only because the price of the items are quite expensive. I was unable to find what I really wanted for a good price.

Because I walked into the store with a KNIT SWEATER and CONFUSED because it was my first time going into Pandora to make a purchase, NONE of the employees except Michael said "hello" or even attempted to approach me. Employees shouldn't judge people who walk into their store by their clothes. So pretentious.
