My sales associate, Luke, was knowledgeable, incredibly friendly. He made me laugh and made me comfortable during my shopping experience.

A gift set was mentioned which would have been my preference. Unfortunately, when they looked for it, it was no longer available. If it wasn’t mentioned, I would have felt more satisfied. I still got what I wanted but the set would have been a better deal

Something that I really like is out of stock. The sales person is really nice by the way. Hope they can have enough things in the stock.

I went looking for stackable rings but somehow I didn't like the choices that were offered. I was highly satisfied with the shooting stars ring that I bought. However, that had been on my wishlist for a while, if that hadn't been there I would have returned without buying anything. Please increase your stackable rings selection, please increase variety in silver rings. I visit your website often but don't see much new stuff.

It is my own fault for attending Boxing Week sales late, but I went in looking for several products and some were not in stock. Hence, I was satisfied but not highly satisfied.

The selection of the merchandise were very limited

This store location is quite busy and I was kept there for awhile in a line before getting in. The overall in-store experience was fine.

The associate that I initially talked to just looked at the item I intend to purchase and told me she’ll asked her manager to refer me to another associate and she just never came back. Luke even asked her if I talked to her and she just denied it. Luke was excellent though. He really went above and beyond to turn my experience around. He was awesome.

I work in the same building as this store, it is easy to make an appointment, Gem was great, he found everything easily and quick and also make suggestions on items that was very helpful.
