I was not highly satisfied because I had purchased the Mother's Day keepsake bracelet. The clasp broke, and because it was a limited edition item, it was not replaced. Really disappointed there was nothing similar or that a charm was not offered with my now very plain bracelet!

So item requested was unavailable

Because the prices are expensives

Satisfied. Store was visited on vacation, out of town with plans of returning for the 3 - 4 years.

They didn’t have a charm that I wanted

Took a bit long to have available sale to assist me. Took a bit long to find the size that I were looking for. New coming up items not available as advertising.

The sales associate could have been friendlier. I wasn’t greeted right when I entered the store. The store was crowded

Marilia was very friendly and helpful towards what I was looking for. She was able to tell my ring size just by looking at my finger which I thought was really cool. She was always smiling and mentioned about the items that were 30% off, so I was aware of what the deals were. She overall provided a great service. Keep it up :)

The workers very nic the price of my ring wasent to bad but I did wish the inside of the ring said Pandora tho like my other ones
