Good customer service, nice variety, good quality

The sale associate was very friendly and helpful, brought the rings that I requested to see and try. As soon as I walk in to the store I was approached and asked if I needed help. The sale associate was attentive and gave great suggestions.

Our sales associate wasn’t not friendly, but she seemed rather pushy for us to be on our way. Thankfully we knew what we were looking for and she knew what we needed.

I t was Day Two of the Canada Day four day sale. As there had been a major sale a week or so previously, and depth of stack was limited . I did not get the charm that I had come into the store for. I left with a good purchase but I had a frustrating time as a lot of things were not available. My sales assistant, although very pleasant was perhaps, fairly new to Pandora. Other associates that I have dealt with on earlier visits seemed to have better product knowledge. However my sales associate was very cheerful and did offer alternative suggestions to me. She also completed the transaction very well.

There were choices (of charms) not available during our visit.

The service was very satisfactory and helpful. Clerk went out of her way to accommodate my needs.

Some merchandise that I want are easily out os stock if you go there after like 2 days of promotions.

Store felt crowded.

I went to the Pandora store to buy few charms and rings. I could see those pictures in a brochure but It's a little bit hard to see a lot of charms in short time. In the store, there is no place to sit. If there are some seat, I think I could enjoy my shopping much in comfort. Thank you:)

It was sales time and the store were crowded. i would have liked to get quicker service.
