Initial waiting time for finding an sale assistance was longer than expected. Had to stand there over 5 minutes before I had to interrupt and ask a salesperson (who is helping other) for assistance. But given the big amount of customers, I would say I’m pretty satisfied (although not highly satisfied).

I was looking for a more specific charm, representing the Olympic since I am on my way to Pyeong Chang to volunteer for the winter games for few months and I had to choose a world charm 2018 with a diamond, which is nice but more expensive. I will look in Korea to find it. THANK YOU FOR ASKING

There is limited selection of products that I m looking for was not available during the time I visited the store. The store assistant explained in details of products i bought, but in my previous purchase one of my sale associate didn't bother to help at all.

All the charms I bought were great and with a great price, the problem was when I got home and tried to put the charms onto my braclet they didn’t seem to fit because they were too small.

I am satisfied my experience in store. The sales were very patient and nice. But I think the store needs to be expanded since it was so crowded during holidays.

during offer time sales assistance do not have enough time for each customer , even there was no table for display, did all standing and took the help on a tray. however slsprsn Sherry-Lynn no. 123290 was extremely friendly and helpfull
