Pandora Jewelry

I came in with the intention of replacing a bracelet and ring where the stones fell out. Thankfully they had the ring in stock so it was fully replaced, unfortunately the bangle was not so I will be attempting a different location. The associate was quick and did not give any issues with replacing the ring!

I had a very satisfying shopping experience. I had put a few items on hold and when I arrived at the store, I was greeted right away by friendly staff. My held items were brought out for me right away. I spent a good deal of time trying them on and finding a charm to go with it. The sales associate was very patient and helpful. I finally picked out what I wanted and promptly paid for my purchase. It was all very efficient.

The selection was very good and they had the correct size bracelet. The associate helped with the selection of pieces and a safety chain. Also answered all of our questions.

Friendliness of staff who assisted us in the selection. Amber is great! Price is fair and goods do not look cheap.

I was in the store a couple days earlier. Amber was so helpful for me to find the charms I wanted right away. She had a wonderful knowledge of all charms. I wasn't sure what size of necklace I had to put them in after I chose the charms. So Amber told me to come back with the necklace and she would help me to put the charms in it and choose them again to make the necklace a beautiful one. I was very surprised that she wasn't upset that I did not buy anything after all the time I spent with her. But when I came back she remembered me and knew exactly what charms I picked out and cleaned the ones I had in the necklace already and fit all the charms I wanted into the necklace perfectly. She really took her time with me and she was so very nice. Her personality is so good and would go back again just see her. She gave me wonderful compliments too and never lost her patience. What else can I say? She is the perfect salesperson . Please let Amber know that I really enjoyed the time spent picking out the charms.
