the employee that helped me knew exactly what to do when it came to the kind of ring I wanted and the size I needed. not only was she helpful but she was very nice and very friendly. she had good taste in what colour my bracelet chain should be in terms of my skin tone and also recommended some nice charms to me. my experience was amazing.

Wanted to visit store before busy Vantines Day rush to peruse items on display. Items were well displayed. Staff were most helpful in pointing out new items, specifically the charms for the reflexion bracelet. Gave insightful options and suggestions as to colour (silver, yellow or pink metal), finish (polished, patterned) and various combinations. Staff were friendly and did not try and rush us.

I went to the PANDORA shop, Promenade Circle Mall, for a refund of a duplicate purchase. Unfortunately I didn't have all papers and information needed for the refund but the 2 ladies kindly proposed me a credit which I accepted. I also really appreciated the time they spent helping me to choose the right size for my bracelet and some future charms. Reactivity, patience and kindness. For sure I will return to this shop in the coming weeks.

Both Theresa, the Sales Clerk, and the Store Manager are so professional and knowledgeable. I have been returning to the store to see Theresa for the past 5 years. She is wonderful! I have just met the Store Manager and she was also so kind and helpful and went the extra distance to ensure we could find the charms I wanted.

It was the first to visit here. It was amazing. All the staffs are gorgeous.
