I planned to buy 3 of the new Alphabets when I entered the store. The sales lady introduced the clips to separate the charms. I liked this idea. So I purchase 2 nice ones plus a spacer. I was very pleased with my purchase today.

My daughter and I shop here all the time. We are loyal to this location and do not like the Yorkdale location.

I came in to buy a gift for my great niece. I was approached by Zak and he was immensely helpful. He answered my questions respectfully and I was quite delighted. I had him hold my charms so that I could bring in my husband. We returned the next day. As the store was full of people and Zak was busy with another customer, we were very pleasantly greeted by Andressa who helped us out immensely until Zak was available. While our purchases were being wrapped, Anson and Arshee (they took care of us last time) greeted us very warmly. They even ask d me about my granddaughter who was with us when we made our previous purchase. After seeing so many people in the store, we were very impressed that they would remember. The staff was very knowledgeable. Beautiful stock. The store was bright and clean.

I went in knowing what I wanted and the sales associate was able to pull the items out for me to view in a timely manner. She offered me other products when I didn't quite like one of the necklaces and I was able to get what I want and be out of the store within 20 min. Was shopping on my lunch so this was crucial.
