First of all, I was very impressed with your staff. Arson and Arfee make a wonderful team. While I wasn't sure as to what to buy for my granddaughter, they were very patient and made me aware as to what was available and what she might be interested in. They also made me aware of the special offer, and while I was going to buy one charm, I bought three plus the cleaning kit. THEY ARE GREAT!
