I like the quality of the jewelry. For me the price is fair for the beautiful earrings I bought. The store keepers were friendly and accommodating. There are lots of great items to choose from.

Even the product I like most is out of stock the staff is patiently offer a lot of alternatives so you would buy it anyways.

The salesperson, Lucy, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful but not aggressive. The Covid protocols were excellent. Both salespersons in the store were vaccinated. Otherwise, I might not have stayed. The purchase experience was most pleasant,

Store needs to have more stock and sizes in rings

I have always received exceptional customer service from Imelda and her staff. I am closer to the Vaughan Mills and Yorkdale locations but I drive the little extra distance to the Promenade location because of the unique and personal experience I receive.
