I had made a purchase at another Pandora that day and was disappointed because they ran out of the promo bracelet, but didn’t tell me and just put another bracelet substitution in the box that I did not approve and only saw after the fact. I went to this Pandora and Kiaya made it right with the exchange for products that this store has inventory on. There was a staff shortage and it was really busy and she was so efficient and friendly, despite the high pressure. I felt valued and I will most absolutely make this store my destination of choice from now on.

The peices I wanted were in stock. The salesperson suggested relevant related products, and I enjoyed having the selection. Affirmations that the gift I was purchasing would be appreciated didn't hurt :P

I love Pandora so much! the staff is always so friendly and they really try and help you find exactly what you are looking for. I was happy they had the bracelet in the size I wanted. I love when they have all things in stock. Especially in the small bracelet sizes.

At the Rideau Center in Ottawa Cda, I had an excellent service. I will recommend Rideau Center to buy a Pandora items!But the Pandora in Gatineau,the staff was rude and no manners. The presentthat I had bought needed to be exchange for a bigger size. Gatineau did not wanted to it. They were (yes they came as a pair to serve me - don't know why !) they were talking to me like I was their sisters! and I will not recommend the Gatineau store to any of my friends. And by the way, there is a way of dressing yourself when you are working the public! Dressing as you are going to a bar...I do not think it is appropriate .
