Despite serving two customers at the same time, both with spouses adding opinions, Nicole was quick and efficient. She was able to make good suggestions and added information (that certain items were discontinued and therefore on sale) that positively informed my selection.

I wasn't originally planning on buying anything from the store; I just wanted to browse. However, I talked to one of the store's associates and she found the charms that I liked quickly. Since I found the prices of the charms to be reasonable and I like the sales associate's friendly demeanor, I bought three charms. All in all, it was a good experience.
