Sales person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. She asked questions about how the jewelry fit and made sure I got the right size. She also notified us about how to take care of the jewelry.

Jamie was my sales associate today and she was FANTASTIC. I needed to exchange my rings for a different size which was a smooth process. I asked if there was anything she could suggest to “complete my hand”. Jamie suggested 2 stackable rings and I am OBSESSED with the look! She was very patient and kind with my indecisiveness

I was hoping to find a unique and stunning bridesmaid gifts that was personalized to each member. A three strand rose gold bracelet with a unique charm for each plus one for me with all the charms was the perfect solution! I ended up buying 2 more bracelets because of how I was impressed by the offerings and sentiments. The client service was excellent as it was a demanding process to find 5 plus me all the perfect charm and size. The result was most of the bridesmaids were all in tears when receiving their piece and had never had pandora jewelry before. I really connected with the team and the store manager. They gave me the experience I was hoping to have for my special event! I'll be back
