I always wanted to have this kind of jewelry brand. It's kind of elegant in a way that it attracts attention even if you paired it in any dress.

Brought my sister in for her to pick her birthday gift and she enjoyed her visit. Lovely sales lady. She has helped me in the past with my purchases so I was happy she was working. She showed her lots of things and gave her ideas.

The service Aline provided made us feel welcomed and valuable, she was very friendly and interactive, she provided pieces of information and advices with the products and showed us varieties of everything. Great customer service. If I was ti purchase anything, I would rather go to the stoor and be served by her that to purchase myselft online.

The sales representative was very nice. My problems were understood and she gave me a new ring since I was dissatisfied with the first one! Very happy.

I went to see Carolyn B from Rideau Centre Ottawa CA about a purchase I had made previously due to my husband having purchased the same item for me. She greated me kindly, and gave me no issues about wanting to return the item. Because of her business like approach, I asked about the valentines promotion as I really wanted to buy from her. I wanted to support her, and the store. She made me feel so welcome and made sure that I enjoyed the treats they had at the store that day. (cupcakes etc.. for Valentines Day). It was a great experience all around! She is awesome!

The sales associate was very nice, although I had a lot of questions and was quite picky, she kindly explained everything and showed me exactly what I wanted. She was a patient listener.

I was looking for a specific charm and it was sold out on what website. I first called a location that was closer to me but no success. When I called the Rideau store they had only one left. They had no problem to put it aside for me to pick up after work. This was great service since I was sure to get the item and not make a trip for nothing.
