Before hoing to the rideau center location where i had an excellent service. I went to the bayshore location and had a horrible experience. I wanted to exchange a bracelet and the sales associate was extremely rude, refused to look for the bracelet in the store and insisted that it wasnt available. She even insisted that if i looked in other stores i wouldnt be able to find it. I called the rideau center location the next day and picked it up. It was a very sentimal gift for my mother
