The Pandora sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to looking for something that was simple and fit my style. She asked me questions to understand what I liked, she showed me layering and interchanging with different styles of rings which helped me visualize what I wanted in a ring.

Went to the Pandora store located in Rideau Centre (Ottawa) on Thanksgiving and the manager there (Travis K) was awesome. He honoured the offer that was going on online that day (30% off selected items) in stores and also exchanged my open bangle bracelet (bought a couple of months ago, but the clips/balls were loose and falling off) without even me asking for it. I felt bad for making him do a lot of transactions, but he was very nice & helpful. Overall excellent experience. 10/10 would recommend.
