Nawal A. Exceptional Customer service I have ever had. I came for just exchange my bracelet. This girl made me buy two charms and another bracelet matching with the one that I had. I fell in love with what I picked. Pandora should give her a rise. She is so knowledgeable about the products and prices. I was extremely happy with my experience at Rideau because of Nawal. Absolutely I will come again to add more charms.

I was in the line for too long, Nawal A came and started a nice conversation that literally made me forget the waiting. She provided me with what I need outside of store.
