I really like the vibes there, I planned my whole morning to finish my Christmas shopping for my grand daughter and in one hour I finished shopping. Nawal and ezra were so great and they helped me with my choices. Nawal was knowledgeable and sweet person. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Nawal A was so friendly, funny and helpful with guiding me towards better choices for my style, and given what jewelry I already had. Honest, I felt like I was chatting with a friend, looking for advice that actually applies to me!

The associate helping me was Nawal A. A very sweet, friendly girl. She was smiling, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. everything to make shopping 'fun' and getting what i like. She was super patient and made sure that I left the store getting something I liked. She took the time to explain the different styles of rings and the variety of ways you can stack them.

The assistant Nicole M was very helpful and friendly. The product quality is very good. The price is quite reasonable. The packaging is very nice. The $10 offer is great to interest me to make another purchase

I bought a gift from Bayshore location and specifically told the associates that it is for Christmas and she told me that I can exchange anytime. I came to Rideau and unfortunately I couldn’t. Nawal was super nice and she went beyond expectations that made me so happy. It was so busy but she took my phone number and she told me that she will try to find a solution. It took her 15 min to call me back and tell me that she can exchange the item. That made my day. I was so worried about the gift. I love Nawal service and her positive energy. I ended up spending $800 buying more gifts because her excellent customer service. Thank you so much Nawal

I was able too see most things I wanted to see or check out. The sales representatives were very friendly and helpful. When I needed some help regarding the current sale (lack of stock), I was offered a solution. Although the solution is not fully satisfying my need, but I can see that I've been offered the best solution possible from the sales representatives. Their names are Nawal and Emrose.
