I was greeted when we walked in. The sales person was able to find what I was looking for - silver hoop earrings. Even though I was looking for plain earrings I found a pair that met the requirement.

Oh my gosh. The visit was tremendous. I did the Store in St. Laurent Shopping Centre, bought one charm there, but they did not have the other charm I wanted, so I asked them to call Rideau Centre, so see if they had one there. They did take the time to call for me, they did have one available, and they held it for me until I got there. I am telling you that both places were so amazing, helpful in every single way. Explained to me the products they had available and more. Such a delight to go in a store and get the assistance, friendliness, and more. Thank you so much for making my day. I also went in a good time. Not a weekend, and they were so accommodating.

I was assisted immediately I expressed I needed help. The sales associate was knowledgeable and did all she could to help me get the rings I wanted and she answered all my questions

Nicole was just excellent. She was very knowledgeable and took the time and initiative to show me different ways to use charms with s necklace that she was wearing. It was just a great experience all around!
