The lady I had helping me was super friendly and patient. When she needed to help the other employees, she kindly sent another employee over to assist me. Everyone working at the store was very polite and tried to make good conversation with me. I love going into this Pandora. I always have a great experience.

Raham was very helpful and know exactly what to show me with the description I gave her of what I was looking for. Also, I had an old Pandora bracelet (9 years old!) that had chenged color and was sitting in a box. When I brought it to another pandora location the salesperson looked at me and said 'is this a real pandora?' - and she couldn't help me. At the Rideau location, Raham immediatly told me what I could do with my bracelet to bring it back to life! I was a bit sceptic but ended up buying the product she recommended me - OMG its like I have a new bracelet again! Her client service was impecable and she has such a friendly and nice personnality. Very happy with my visit!
