The associate was approachable and was patient as I looked for the right item I wished to find. She did not hesitate locating the other pieces of the collection when I inquired about them. The visit to the store was efficiently handled which is what I needed as I was on my lunch break.

The staff were extremely friendly and seemed to care very much about my needs. I was able to find and purchase both of the pairs of earrings I was looking for, and the staff also showed me some other items that I can look forward to purchasing in the future to go with the two pairs of earrings that I purchased.

I enjoy being able to take my time and Not feel rushed. Since there is no longer a catalogue for me to have in hand it takes me longer to shop. Looking on line almost makes me not bother to purchase anything at all! Having a catalogue to look at is much easier. I can book mark my pages and flip back and forth. I can’t do that online.
