Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they are familiar with me and are easily able to recognize and locate what I am looking. There is a nice variety of jewellery to choose from and the staff are eager to assist you. The store is clean and opulent and it’s exciting to look around and find what interests you.

The staff are ALL extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating as I needed time to make my choices. The display trays are well set up so that things of immediate interest are easy to look through. Having the book and also online photos can give me ideas about what I want, to help me plan, but seeing the items for real is so much better. I also like to support my local business and its staff.
