After getting the new catalog I was interested at looking at some charms, necklaces, bracelets...Jamie (No. 152534) was nice, helpful and very knowledgeable at showing everything I wanted to see and at answering all my questions. I was interested in the Edelweiss charm who was in the past year catalog and I found out that my husband and I might have to take a trip to Austria to visit his family if I want to buy it. Jamie explained to me that the charm is available only in this country. I bought the Mouse and Balloon charm. I was happy to see it was in store because on line it's out of stock. I never do on line purchase but I like to browse. My birthday is in a month so my visit will help me decide what I'll purchase. Bottom line I'm a happy customer !

Sales associate was very friendly and professional. Other staff associates were also very friendly. Merchandise was of very good quality. Overall it was a very good experience.

I was able to get some charms which are about to become retired. I was able to get a bracelet in the new gold shine, which I hope to focus on collecting next. I was allowed the option of a different jewellery case on the mother’s day special as I preferred the green zippered case instead of the cynlindrical pink one that was more visibly promoted if a customer bought enough Pandora jewellery to qualify for a case.
