The customer service was great and knew exactly what I was looking for. Great store

I was greeted with a smile. I showed her what I wanted from my pandora book ( which I keep in my purse for reading material). I told her why I wanted it. She looked just as happy as I was was for what I wanted. She took it out of the drawers. She showed me. I asked her for help and her opinion on what looked nice. I felt I looked pretty and she was happy I was happy. I wore it out of the store.

We had 2 great people assisting us. They were helpful but not pushy. Shopping experience was fun

Love the merchandise and lots of selection here. I have a few rings and a bracelet and plan to add to these.

Wanted a special charm for my future daughter -in-law and the salesperson suggested the 2018 Club Charm. This is so appropriate for the destination wedding this year. She also suggested several charms for my grand daughter who will be 25 this month. I enjoyed my time and came away with more ideas for charms for other family members.

Great costumer service

I needed assistance putting new charm on my bracelet. Quick, attentive service by Desere who instructed me with new (different) charm and assisted in choosing new charms. She gave helpful suggestions and gave tips on care of my bracelet which is quite new. Reminded me of survey on receipt as well.

Staff very friendly did not feel rushed took her time to explain caring for my purchase
