I was hoping there would be a promotional deal once I was told by the associate that there are usually monthly deals.

I went in looking for some earrings for my birthday. they only had one design with my birthstone. which I did not like. but I did buy some star fish and daisy ones instead.

Someone was always there to assist me. I was upset that sale items are not considered towards any deals, however, that is not the associate's fault.

I was very satisfied with service and ease of exchange. Service was very prompt. I love my reflections bracelet. Staff suggested the selection and they were very patient while I decided on appropriate charms.

Not have enough items

I went looking for a specific charm and it was not in stock and had not been for a while but it is available on the website.

Great customer service, store was bright, clean and inviting.

The new clip I was purchasing was significantly shinier than the one on my bracelet. Associate did polish up my bracelet but would of greatly appreciated a full cleaning
