AlwYs room for improvement.

They didn’t have certain charms in stock that I was looking for.

The only thing I don’t like about any of the Pandora stores it’s to hot and the lighting is so bright I can only stay in the store no more then 5 min I’m light sensitive.

I was limited on the charms collection.

The sales person was not knowledgable on the pricing. She was having trouble putting the charms on the braclet because of the length of her fake nails and it was taking her an extremely long time and then she asked for help. I feel her fingernails were getting in the way of her preforming her job.

2 charms that i wanted for christmas gifts were sold out

I spent over 150.00 and I was not offered the free xmas bell, my friend shopped at the same day as I did only at fairview mall in Toronto and she got one.
