The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I had bought my charm bracelet at another Pandora store location and when I had tried to close the bracelet it popped out of place and they gave me a new one under my warranty. They showed me what had happened and explained how to properly take it on and off. Excellent service

I came into the store with a specific purchase in mind and came out exactly what I wanted! The associates were very nice and gave me exactly what I wanted in minutes! In and out very fast!

The customer service was great. Knew what I was asking for and the details of it. Didn’t pressure me into buying something and gave me options to choose from even thought u didn’t ask/know about them.

Went in looking for earrings. Asked great questions by the clerk to narrow down options and then recommendations made to find a pair I was happy with.

this store 0707 has always been great to me. The sales staff are always excellent and patient as well as knowlegable about what I am looking for.
