There was no lineup so we dealt wit Christa as soon as we entered the store. It was easy to find what we wanted.

Saodat was very pleasant while helping me look for a gift for my sisters wedding, she has great customer service skills and is very patient and professional.

Speed was great and she knew everything. Store was well organized and clean

I went in looking for a specific charm, I thought to be on clearance but no longer available online. I asked about the charm and the associate (Jennifer) knew exactly which charm I was asking after. She also remembered me from my last visit (even remembered 1 of the charms we bought :) ). She knew exactly where it was located and grabbed it for me. I after had a question about the Christmas ornaments that come out each year and she let me know what she knew about them and gave me her card to check in later as she knows I am from out of town.

She was very friendly, not pushy in anyway, had great ideas towards a gift idea.

Jessica was able to take care of my faulty bracelet quickly. Gave me lots of great ideas to add to it.

The sales associate was very polite and helpful. We walked in and she immediately asked if we required any assistance... we asked to see the Marvel/Avengers series charms and she quickly assisted us. There was only one BlackWidow charm remaining in the store on display in the window and she was happy to bring it to us to show us and then package it up for us to purchase. Very happy!

The store was very clean and pleasant and the associate was extremely helpful they made suggestions on products that I really appreciated and I would definitely go back.
