Staff is always courteous and informative. The health & safety procedures are better than most retailers. The selection and quality of products is always beyond satisfactory.

Outside of the store, the line up area was clearly marked. The doorway had a rope barrier and a sign indicating that each customer would be accompanied by a salesperson. I enjoyed having a sales associate assist me from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.

During this pandemic, i m surprise how frenly and accomodating the staff were. Keep up the good works.

The sales associate I had, her name was Rhonda P and she was excellent. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Rhonda also assisted in helping me decide on the perfect rings!

I arrived when it opened so I didn’t have to wait. They had all the sizes I needed. Sales associate was pleasant.

I love Pandora products and have multiple bracelets myself. I do have to say I love that they have incorporated different collections (Harry Potter). I bought some pieces from the Harry Potter Collection for my mom for her birthday, and will be returning to purchase some for my sister to add to her Harry Potter for her bracelet for Christmas. Ordering online is always easy, and the products get delivered promptly. It was also nice to see how this store in particular has cleaning measures implemented as a result of COVID. I was very pleased with my in store experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

The associate that helped me was very polite and listened well to my concerns about my gift. She showed me different options for my mothers birthday as well as used her own wrist to help me size the correct bracelet. I’m very happy
