I visited the location in Barrie Georgian mall. I was assisted by Rhonda P, who was an absolute delight. She asked me certain questions to assist with my purchase. I was able to purchase a beautiful necklace and earrings for a wedding. She was knowledgeable, friendly and able to find the last items in store for me! Overall it was a great experience especially during these uncertain times! Fantastic job to Rhonda!

I didn't have to wait at all. I knew what I was looking for and found it easily (asked and associate knew immediately). I had mentioned that I had these earrings before but that I had lost one. She went over how to make sure that they were clasped properly.

I had called this pandora location to inquire about a Harry Potter charm that I wanted to purchase my daughter for her birthday. Rhonda was very polite on the phone and helped me locate the LAST charm they had in this design there. She then put it aside for me so that I could make the drive to come and pick it up!

Rhonda P was amazing. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer each and every one of them in great detail. She offered suggestions when I asked. Her knowledge of the items was incredible. I took a long time making decisions and she made me feel very comfortable considering there was a line up to get into the store (COVID regulations). Rhonda was very friendly and before I left the store made sure I understood the care of the jewelery and wished me a pleasant day. Rhonda is an outstanding employee and person!
