First day opened with the pandemic happening. The assistant Rhonda, opened the door for me. Very friendly. Directed me to stand behind the plastic barrier. Helped me choose my new pendents. very satisfied with average experience.

The store was clean, bright and the music wasn’t too loud. The sales associate Helen was fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. No matter how many items we wanted to look at, Helen showed us without question or becoming annoyed! She made great suggestions and was very helpful.

It was not busy, got service within a few moments, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, they had in stock what i was looking for, cashed out and i left

Jen was the associate who helped me. She made me feel important. Her knowledge of Pandoras’ product allowed me to purchase a actor what I was searching for. She has excellent customer service skills and should be praised for her easy rapport with customers. I will definitely seek Jen out in the future when shopping here.

I ordered an item online at the Pandora website. They shipped me an empty box. I was able to have them send one of the items I ordered, but the other item was out of stock online :( I went to the Barrie store hoping they might have some in stock. The inventory showed 3 items available. Helen was the sales person I dealt with. She discovered that 2 of the 3 remaining items were set aside for others. She was professional, personable and did not quit searching until she was able to find the last remaining item in the store for me. She saved Christmas for my daughter. Helen is an asset to your Barrie store.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful and joyful. Checked the mall for other bracelets and nothing compared to Pandora. Well lit.
