The customer service was amazing. He knew exactly what I was looking for. And I didn't have to wait forever for him to help me.....way better than the Cookstown Tanger outlet store!!!!!

Although I did not find what I was originally shopping for, Jaclyn G. showed me many options and offered suggestions. My final decision was made after she showed me a delightful idea and I feel we were both happy with the result. The store is lovely; the staff friendly and efficient and although it was a bit busy at the time, I was looked after almost immediately. Lovely experience.

this was my first visit to Pandora and the sales rep Julie S listened to what I was looking for and showed me items in the colour choice I was looking for. She was very kind and patient and able to provide me with the best gift for my nieces graduation gift. I will definitely visit the store again.
