I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at the Barrie, On. Pandora store. The Store itself is so very bright, lending itself to an easy shop. Now the associate we had - Jaclyn, was the best. She was so very friendly, great knowledge of the products available & was so helpful with what we were looking to buy. We went in to shop for our Granddaughter's 16th birthday & Jaclyn did such a great job, we bought another charm for me!!!

The associate in Pandora was very inviting with alot knowledge in what colours and charms works with a bracelet...

She was so kindly and guided me through my gifts. She helped me to find proper size.

What’s not to like in this sparkling, bright and cheerful store. Perhaps there is room for even more merchandise as it is such a small product. (Wall displays) Love the seasonal groupings.

Friendly helpful sales associates.

The staff was very friendly and organized with who was first in the store. They were very helpful in finding what I needed to find and very patient with what I needed. When they couldn't find what I needed they looked around the store and found me that charm I was looking for.

Price of products

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Jaclyn and Rhonda took the time to help me find the perfect gifts. They were patient and truly interested in what I needed. They both made great suggestions. Jacklyn was superb as she got me to the three selections but I still wanted to take the time to check on one. She put the items on hold for me. I could not return the next day and I was so pleased when I did return that she continued to hold them for me. When I arrived I assumed the held items were no longer on hold and I proceeded to ask Rhonda for each. Two of my three items were no longer in stock and not likely to be prior to Christmas I was devastated as it had taken me so long to finalize gifts for my hard-to-buy for daughter and grand-daughters. She was going to phone other stores for me and mentioned that if the other stores had the item they would hold for a day or so to allow me the time to drive there. On the off chance I said that I did have items on hold but assumed they would not be now She went to check and voila --- my order was still there. I was sooooo happy. Amazing experience. Thanks

Georgian Mall service was fantastic....but the Tanger Mall not happy with the service at the Pandora...Casey the associate was rude...did not ask it I needed help...I had to ask her...not informative at all and her mannerisms were very uncomfortable...will not shop there again...
