The sales associate was very helpful. I was looking for the new Christmas charms advertised on yiur website. The store indicated it had just come in and they hadnt yet unpacked them. However, the associate unpacked one of each charm fir my viewing while I waited. So helpful of her, as I was starting my Christmas shopping and dont live in Barrie, so thus saved me an additional trip to the store.
