The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even put the items on my bracelet to see how they would look. She told me how to clean my charms and was extremely polite!

the salesgirl FIONA was great , she knew exactly what i was looking for. one of the items was sold out so she put in a special order for me which i really wanted. IF the purchase was not going to be in time for my birthday gift the were great as they to a picture of the item for me to put in with my gift. BOTH FIONA AND PERSON IN CHARGE WERE REALLY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT
