The lady that helped us, Fiona greetes us as soon as we entered the store which was great! we didn't have to wait around at all. She helped us look at different options and helped make us the best choice on what to buy. She was very friendly and knowledable and was great at suggesting charms that I would like based on what I was telling her. Was a spontaneous decision to walk in with my daughter and granddaughter to show them a new piece I loved. Lori knew exactly what I wanted and pointed out the beauty and the amazing chain. Needless to say I left the store withTree of Love Heart Pendant as a gift. Happy Valentines Day to me.
