Upon walking into the store, the sales associate was readily available and able to help me with my questions. She offered no pressure on me to shop as I wasn't sure if I did want to buy that day. I left the store to think about what I had looked at and upon my return, she was quickly able to help me and offer advise on the product. I was in and out fairly quick and felt very pleased with my purchase.

Lori was totally knowledgeable of the products....her beautiful smile is very welcoming....also....I like the fact that she wears the bracelets...rings...earings and necklaces that she sells....gives me so many different looks I can obtain....Thanks Lori....keep it up...

When I got into the store, I browsed around abit, it was fairly busy given the time of the year. This was my first visit at a pandora store and it was exceptional. I hadn't waited long before a sale representative greeted me and offered help. The sales representative was extremely informative and helpful.
