Karen was very helpful and had amazing suggestions.

It was a busy day (day before Black Friday sale and first day of promotion), I was served immediately, the associate helped me quickly and efficiently and provided some insight into my purchase. She was very friendly even though I am sure it was a busy time!

I had made a purchase back in March of 2015 and wanted to make another purchase in the same category but didn't want to buy the exact same charm again. They were able to look up my previous purchase and show me exactly what I had bought so I was certain not to buy it again.
