When I visit Georgian Mall in Barrie, I usually visit Pandora. Usually looking to see what is new or something I have had my eye on. I find they are friendly, helpful, ready and patient. I don't feel rushed either. Lori helped me out this visit. She was very friendly, polite and I was a very satisfied customer.... it was a crazy crowded busy day, but when it is I still get the same attention.

The store was clean, well lit and well staffed. The associate who helped me was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly and efficient. It was only his third day working at Pandora but he was extremely knowledgable. He's a keeper!!

The store was busy because it was during a promo but the sales associate acknowledged me and was apologetic for the wait. I received service without waiting for too long, unlike the Richmond Hill Hillcrest Mall store which was chaotic (customers were budging and the sales associates didn't care), short-staffed, and completely out of stock of everything that I was looking for. In comparison to the Hillcrest Mall store, this Georgian Mall store was excellent! The reason why I won't return is only because I don't live in the area, otherwise I will return for sure.
