I found that it was a little slow but I understand that it was due to the pandemic. Additionally, I was overall satisfied with the customer service. Overall this Pandora did a good job I just wasn't satisfied enough to give a highly satisfied review.

The sales person was so very helpful and friendly. Our issues was prior to going into the store. As we waited to go into the store, there was a teenager with her mother making a purchase in the store. The teenager was wearing her mask only over her mouth. I understand not wanting to offend customers, but your staff should feel empowered to tell people coming in the door that their nose and mouth need to be covered or otherwise have someone leave the store rather than chance that they will endanger other staff and customers by not wearing a mask over both their nose and mouth. All the care in the world that you are taking to protect customers is undone by one careless person breathing all over your clean store. I would like to see staff addressing these issues rather than allowing this careless behaviour to make a sale.

My husband purchased a mother’s day gift for me in line and we haven’t recurved the free bracelet so I went to store and they gave me one but I had to go back as the clasp was defected and kept opening. When I got back there was no more of free bracelet available. I usually buy from Pandora outlet in Tanger outlet and the staff are supper nice and very helpful. Tatiana, Catrina and Teresa helped me today with cleaning my jewels right away and also did me a favor to make me happy and helped me with purchasing of my new bracelet. Best pandora location ever.

I have returned a ring 3 times with the same default. This experience makes me wonder about the quality of Pandora merchandise

Christmas time- I felt it was a bit rushed. I was served too fast in a way to keep the lined-up customers moving faster. I understand that I need to be considerate and not over-do it and not take forever to pick the item. ❤️
