I came in specifically looking for either fall or Halloween themed charms. No selection of such you offered a pumpkin charm which you had none of so I had to order it. In October I thought you would have plenty of options to choose from

Just wish that when you put something on sale you put the whole collection on sale. For expample. I have 3 sons. I have a Pisces, Leo and a Cancer. However, I would’ve bought all 3 but only the Pisces was on sale the other 2 were not!

1. I love silver.,they should have atleast free polishing cloth even just the small one. 2. I think the price is expensive, just atleast when you buy 2 or more piece you could have get 10% discount.✌🏻 3. And what i am looking for is a charm that has letters. T.y

I was satisfied with the overall experience at this store. The sales clerk was very tentative and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get served. the item I wanted was not in stock The items I chose were not in the promotion which I was not aware of (only selected items)

The salesperson Mercedes was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of my two charms and clips. I did not appreciate having to wait in line to enter the store as there were only so many sales staff available. I have a bad knee and was wearing a knee brace and using a cane. It was difficult for me to wait. Once inside the store Mercedes was wonderful and I had a pleasant experience.

The staff were quick to offer assistance and were very friendly and offered plenty of options. However, all of the charms were not visible as they were stack and I could only view the top tray. I have been to other Pandora locations where all of the charms are available on display. This would give the customers more options.

Would love the prices to be a bit lower. Also, I buy charms for my granddaughter but there isn't a child size bracelet. Otherwise everything is great.

I wanted to exchange a bracelet my daughter got for Christmas as it was too small for her wrist. Since in was past the 30 days, the sales associate first said he wouldn't be able to do that- but once speaking to his manger he was able.
