I had purchased over the phone to the Barrie Bayfield Georgian mall location for three charms. After placing my order and paying over 150.00 I had qualified for a free bangle bracelet. Unfortunately when I went to pick my order up at the store four days later that was already set aside. No bracelet was set aside along my order. I asked a sales associate why I didn't have my bracelet she had said that they had sold out on Friday. That was the day my order was placed and I find very unprofessional that one wasn't set aside even if I was in the store or not. I could have purchased online instead but I wanted to guarantee that I had received it at a store rather than mail order being so close to holidays. One associate said she had others in the back set aside for other customers but none had my name on it. When hearing that I was a little confused considering they just said they were sold out and then she had said they were some set aside by her manager. The same manager that took my order that Friday. We're avid shoppers of pandora birthdays and holidays are always gifted by pandora. We may have to start another tradition aside from charms and necklaces from pandora s.

I commented that the charm wasn't shiny. Salesperson suggested I buy a cleaning cloth. I said I had one and she suggested I polish it prior to putting on my bracelet.

Wait time to get into store was horrible. Person training new employee is rude.

Waited in line outside store, for about one hour. Three attendants only with one cashier. It is Christmas time, more staff would be appropriate. I mentioned my long wait and the attendant responded with, its Christmas.Ask yourself how many potential customers just walk away, when waiting this long. I understand labour costs, theft etc. I believe there could be a better resolution

I was satisfied. The only thing wrong was that the store was crowded with customers at 1 in the afternoon on a Monday. You'll never have perfect service because too many people come to your store.

The salesperson I had was very pushy and she made me feel very uncomfortable. She was trying to sell me products I did not want and wasn’t interested in, and when I told her this she asked if I wanted to buy it for any of my friends. Then, she told me to buy a polishing cloth for the charm I was purchasing and added it to my bill without asking me. I asked her to take it off but she made me feel like I was making the wrong decision. I feel as though I won’t enter this location if I see she is working.
