I was looking for a charm that I couldn’t buy online as it was sold out, which the store had in stock. I also was curious how the clips worked, saleswoman explained it to me and recommended the silicone one and showed me how it worked. She also showed me how the safety chain works as I was curious about that as well. I really liked that she wasn’t pushy in trying to sell me the things I had questions about. If she had been pushy I most likely would never return to that store. Also happy that she pointed out this survey so I could get $10 off a future purchase.
