The quality of the ring that I bought is very good. I was looking for it on the internet and good thing it was available in the nearest store at my place. The service was excellent.

Sales associate Saodat K was very friendly and helpful and knew the merchandise well , she was helping another customer when I came in and told me she would be with me shortly and then apologized for the wait which was maybe about 10 / 15 minutes.

Was greeted as soon as I entered the store, Jen K, my sales lady, helped me to find the ring I was looking for with very little knowledge given to her about the ring. I was also given suggestions based solely on the ring I was looking at. Overall fantastic service
