The employee of the Pandora store was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of why I came to the store for a purchase. She gave my mom and I some good recommendations on some bracelets that my mom would wear everyday. Will be going back again!

I had quick service. She asked if I wanted to keep shopping or if that was it. She didn’t push me to buy something else.

Sales person was knowledgable about the merchandise and was able to show me the pieces of jewellery I was interested in. She gave me a suggestion as to how versatile one of the pieces was in terms of occasions when you would wear it. She told me about the jewellery cleaner now available.

The staff at the white Oaks mall in London Ontario are always friendly and willing to help better than the staff at Masonville in London. I recommend friends and family to go to your White Oaks location.

I always enjoy visiting the Pandora store. When I answered the question that I had a problem, the problem I am referring to is a couple of the items I was hoping to purchase during the buy three get one free sale was not available, but it was due to the items popularity - Valentines Day.
