It almost seemed like the worker didn't believe I was actually going to buy a bracelet everytime I asked her to show me an item the previous item she would hold as if I was going to take it. I got enough money to buy whatever I like =)

I understand it's the Christmas season & it's very busy, but I felt like I was at Walmart. The training of many new sales associates was sorely lacking (they couldn't tie a bow, I had to tie my own, & they couldn't figure out how to put the tissue in the bag - they tried 4 times & my purchase looked horrible) There was no organization at the cue into the store & we were waved in like cattle. I felt neglected when it came time to pay, check out seemed very disorganized. I was so told to wait for my name to be called for my purchase to be rung in, & it never was. I waited for 10 minutes before I could pay. I also had large purchase for 2 people that was put on 1 receipt instead of 2, even though I had requested them to be wrung in separately. I've had great experiences at Pandora before, but this experience made me not want to come back to this location

I am very upset that i bought this bracelet two days ago and it has broken already, I know have to return it to the store for either an exchange or a new one. I will be highly upset if i do exchange it and the same thing happens again. I really love this bracelet and dont want this to keep happening. What will happen if it goes past the 30 days, I hope customer service will be able to help with an issue.

WAS IN TO EXCHANGE A RING THAT WAS TOO LARGE, THAT WAS NO PROBLEM AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. A BRACELET WAS ALSO PURCHASED, A BOXING WEEK ITEM. THE BRACELET WAS TOO BIG. I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY PURCHASER WOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THERE WERE NO EXCHANGES ON THIS ITEM. THE STAFF BROUGHT OUT A SMALLER SIZE OF THE BRACELET, AND TOLD ME IF I WANTED A SMALLER ONE, I COULD PURCHASE IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY HAD SIZE SMALL LEFT ( THE SIZE I NEED), AND THE PRICE OF THE ITEM. I FIND IT DISHEARTENING THAT THEY WOULD BRING OUT THE ITEM AND TELL ME I HAD TO BUY IT IF I WANTED THE CORRECT SIZE. I DINT WANT TO RETURN IT, OR CHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, I JUST NEEDED A SMALLER SIZE. AS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER, I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE

For Christmas as a gift, I received what was suppose to be the March signature heart charm from my son. Instead I got October, I went back to exchange it for the correct one and they messed up AGAIN and gave me April, I said it looked like a diamond which is April (it was clear,no color what so ever)and she told me no, it was March. Your customer service really sucks at Whiteoaks Mall, London, Ontario. I believe the salesperson both times was Karly. I am very upset being I'm from out of town!! So now I have to make another trip over to London. I hope this gets brought to the managers attention at that store!!
