The sales associate Michelle M was very quick and helpful. She wasn’t pushy into selling me anything but was patient with me looking at items and trying them on.

First time going into a Pandora store, experience was very positive, not a lot of selection for masculine charms but the sales rep was very helpful and showed me what was available. Very happy with my first experience at Pandora. Thank you! :)

The associate who assisted us was Brianna (Bri). She was very knowledgeable in the products and very helpful with giving us options that suited our needs. She was also very personable and kind. I would return to this location and recommend it to others based off of this amazing experience. We have had poor customer service at Pandora before but we were extremely satisfied with this visit all thanks to Bri.

Oh my goodness! The ladies at Pandora White Oaks are the friendliest, kindest people. The manager Chris, Brianna and Emma are all superstars and made the process of my exchange very easy and I really enjoyed talking to them! Everyone was super knowledgeable and incredibly patient with my requests! I will absolutely be back to this store and I hope to see these three women next time. I’m very glad I chose the White Oaks location, so much so, I will be sure to recommend this location to everyone this Christmas. I took my daughter into the Masonville location yesterday to exchange a pair of earrings I had bought her for her birthday on July 2/19. The staff there was rude and extremely unhelpful. They were also unprofessional in their comments towards the other store. We then drove across town to the White Oaks location. The staff there was extremely helpful. They helped my daughter find a new pair of earrings that she loves. The person we dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. While we were there I watched as the other sales person assisted another customer. She was patient and polite. Both the manager and the sales associate there were so courteous to everyone who came into the store. I have shopped in both the London locations as well as online. I have never had a positive experience at the Masonville location. The staff at WhiteOaks have always been great and have never treated us with anything but valued customers. If it wasn't for them I do not believe we would continue to be customers at Pandora

It was fast, friendly and very quick experience at this store , Sales Clerk new exactly what I was looking for and even offered me a option between the 2 clips I purchased.

I came to the White Oaks location (store 0413) after recieving horrible service at the masonville location. The ladies at white oaks were so kind and helpful, and totally saved my opinion on Pandora after masonville almost tarnished it. Mackenzie and Brynne were especially helpful. I came to exchange merchandise I got as a gift and instead of being rude/ dissappointed that they weren't making a sale like the masonville ladies, Mackenzie and Brynne gave me personal service and helped me pick out something I truly loved. They were patient as I tried on at least 20 rings before making my selection. I would 100% recommend the White Oaks location in London only.
