I was happy to shop the garden theme for the spring launch. It matches up with other charms that I already own. The staff at the White Oaks Mall are always extremely helpful.

The sales associate was extremely helpful, she knew I was looking for a charm very specific and special for my niece's 26th birthday and knew the questions to ask! It took me awhile but she is a world traveller at a young age and I was so happy that there were a few charms to choose from! I am disappointed to know that the sporting charms are being discontinued? But she did tell me to look in niagara falls outlet and I am from niagara with family there so I will be sure to check it out!!

Easy to exchange the time I had and they had something else in stock to buy!!

The salesperson was highly knowledgeable and did provide other options that were available as the charms we were looking for were unfortunately out of stock. She took her time and we were not rushed despite long line up to get into the store.

This is the second time I have visited the pandora store in white oaks, once with my mom to buy her a bracelet for Christmas and this time to buy myself a bracelet and charms for Christmas, and both times I was helped out by Sarah, who I was very pleased with both visits, she was very friendly and very happy to help find us the perfect bracelets, sizes and help us look through charm ideas. She went out of her way to find me two charms that I really wanted from the display cases as you guys were technically out which was wonderful, and even packaged and wrapped them up nicely and specifically how I wanted them and I just wanted to say I really appreciate how great help and a great salesperson she is. I also appreciated the lady with the blonde hair who’s name I didn’t catch at the checkout who let me annoyingly add extra carekits to my purchase and was very pleasant about it. 10/10 great experiences both times with this store and Iwill definitely be back.

Mackenzie was very helpful and my experiences in the Whiteoak Store in London Ontario have always been the best. Sales people make all the difference in the shopping experience. On whether you want to stay or just walk out of the store. My only complaint is that they were not stocked with some items I wanted. They had been ordered but had not arrived at the store.

Megan greeted me right away and was smiling and happy. She helped me pick out a charm for my daughter that was perfect. If only I had waited a day for the buy 2get 1 free sale, I would have bought something else.

The sales associates at the WhiteOaks Mall location are ALWAYS professional and polite. They let me browse before making my choice - I never feel rushed. This is my preferred store to shop!
